I was sent to the ER on 6/13/22 by my Nuerosurgeon. In the process of figuring out how to treat me my phone died and since it was so late 1 am my daughter pulls up right in front of door so she could see my 12 yr old grandsons.Brings in my Cordless Charging Box, & Power Cord explained to the gentleman at ER desk who I was and what was needed. He was a Colored gentleman wearing a Grey and white shirt he told my daughter I know who you're talking about I will get it back there in just a minute. Through out the night/morning I kept asking for it ..... Surprise it DISAPPEARS!!!! When I get released on the 14th I was so aggrevated and ****** off my daughter said mom calm down let me go in see what I can do. She goes in back to same desk explains situation, in the process a Security Guard walks over to offer his help. She starts to explain to him what happened, he said can you describe the guy. She said of course and in her description the guard said just a minute ....was a black man. My daughter said yes, guard told her he knew exactly who it was and the guy would be at work at 7pm he would find out what happened and give us a call. I have wrote to the hospital on 3 occasions even Mr. L. I believe is his name that's over the hospital. NO ONE HAS RESPONDED IN ALMOST A MONTH!!!!! I live on $841 SSI Disability.....I can't just rush out and buy new stuff on a whim. I take care of my things very well. We both even described the size of box, the cord was long and was split into 3 on one end, and there was a Pink ponytail holder wrapped around it to hold all together. WHAT IS SO HARD ABOUT PULLING CAMERA UP FOR JUNE 13, @ 1am and see her hand it over to this guy. My stuff needs to be replaced, I haven't been able to get anything yet. THE HOSPITAL NEEDS TO REIMBURSE ME SO I CAN REPLACE MY PROPERTY!!!!?!?Business response

Not just pass ** or email along to others. I need my property replaced. My fiance passed two days after Christmas, on December 27th, 2021. It was a rainy Sunday. It was early in the morning and I live in Rogersville. So, I couldn't get there in time. That was supposed to be our wedding date. He lost his fight to Covid. We both got sick around Thanksgiving and it went bad really fast. I fell sick with Sepsis and went to Holston Valley in Kingsport, where they put me in a cold room without anything more than an x-ray. I finally went to my hometown hospital in Rogersville. They checked my lactic acid and I had sepsis. My fiance was in Bristol. He was sent home even though he had pneumonia. He finally had to go back. The doctors put him in an induced coma after he went back. Just before he said he was getting better. There was a hole in his ventilater. The doctors had that in there for over an hour where he couldn't breathe. They then said that they needed to give him an experimental medicine and it caused a blood clot. The doctor and the doctor's assistant appeared to be a Muslim descent. From the moment I arrived I was mocked by the nurses for the age Gap between us him being 20 years older than me. I loved him and they are the cause of his death. I lost it all in that moment. I lost our baby and him. I lost the love of my life. They wouldn't even let me see him when I was released from the hospital because I was positive for covid. He was 55 years old. I met another lady who said her husband on the ventilator was passing away too because they had a hole in it and that they had done that to everyone on that floor. I guess what I would be asking for is a small price to ask an investigation of this Hospital. I go to bed every night hoping and praying that the doctors lose what I did the love of my life. I know God understands my anger in this situation and he will avenge it. However I feel like the way people are treated needs to be exposed. There's nothing in this life more precious then the life of your loved ones. He's gone forever.
