W went to the Bristol, Tennessee U.P.S. location and mailed a package on 0ctober 11, 2022. We paid extra for THEM to pack and ship it and we made sure it was insured enough. We received an e-mail that the package was damaged and discarded. We have visited the U.P.S. location, talked to the manager, multiple phone calls and more. She even said the check was on the way and admitted U.P.S. owed us. October 11, 2022! Tracking number is ****************** and the shipment number is ************** We need HELP as they are not responding to this and will not call us back.Initial Complaint

Tracking # XXXXXXXXXXX Case #: X-XXXXXXXXXX My package was lost at the ups store. Store number #3267. It was signed for by "Garrett" but they state they do not have my package. I filed a claim and it was closed stating my package was found. But no one has contacted me with information regarding my package. After speaking with the local dispatcher, it appears that packages disappear from this store often. My package was delivered on 9/27/2022. At 11:08 AM EST. It was a PlayStation 5 bundle. I paid approximately $1,085.07
