Initially you told me that we had a one-year guarantee on all work that you would provide at this address for renovations. After going to the Better Business Bureau website and researching your company we noticed on the Better Business Bureau Website under Refund and Exchange Policy it states If something goes wrong or doesnt hold up due to our negligence within 6 months of completion of the job, you will come back and fix it at no cost to the consumer. Please note this is different from the one-year guarantee from your lips versus what is stated on the better Business Bureau website.1. Grout coming ** in all rooms that was installed.2. Miscellaneous jobs Not completed or improperly installed.3. Water dripping underneath my house that is causing damage.4. Ceramic tile coming up or making funny noises as you walk across the floor.According to the contractor the job was completed and completely paid for on February 14th
