      On March 26, 2014, I placed an online order at Goldenmartbeautysupply  .com for a wig #***** (order confirmation attached) for $239.00. I also paid $17.95 for expedited shipping. On March 30th I received the incorrect wig. I sent the vendor an email indicating the incorrect order received and asked for the correct item or refund. On April 5th I received an email from the vendor (attached) stating they would send a return label. I never received the label, but I retrieved one from their website. I returned the wig item with the exchange form stating to refund the item. Attached is the return confirmation from ****. I never received a response or refund of $239.00 from the vendor. I am requesting a refund to my card.

      Yes my name is ****** ***** I order 120 dollars worth hair from gmb hair and I have not heard a word from them it's been a week! I've been ordering from them for awhile with no problems. My money stayed pending for 3 days if they knew they didn't have the product why allow my money to go through. Plus they don't let you go though ****** pay anymore you have to order directly from the page which I thought was strange. I've always had good response time from them. I'm on a fixed income I don't have 120 to give to anybody times is hard out here for people to be trying to scam and at this point I truly believe that's exactly what happened to me! I keep calling and emailing with zero response. Tell what else I'm I suppose to think when they took my money and I haven't heard anything. *** *******&n**p;You don't play with people money if you don't have the product you refund the money not sit up and ignore someone like the didn't pay you for a service. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! This is a disgrace and very disappointing. I've never had a problem I guess that's why I'm so pissed because I know someone is trying to scam me! I was ordering the hair for my daughter for Christmas. This is some rotten **! I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK!. I always hear from this people gmb hair. Immediately when I've gotten hair in the past that how I know something isn't right. Ordering directly from the page is an absolute no go and I will never do it again and don't advise no one else to do either. Just give me my money back is all I ask and I'm good on yall.

      On 07/25/23, I placed an order for 6 packs of **** ***** **** ******* *** 22' KGD22. The total amount was $104.89. I specifically asked for the color of T1B/30. When I finally received my order on 08/08/23, it was the incorrect color; I was sent Color: 1B. I attempted to contact the company, but NO ONE EVER ANSWERS the telephone; instead, you are routed to a no-name voicemail. I then sent an email and explained that I received my order, but the color was incorrect. I included pictures of what I received, and I asked for a full refund and a shipping label to return the incorrect item. On 08/14/23, I received a reply via email from ******* ** (Customer Care Rep. ** ************ ** ************) stating they sent the only color they had in stock due to the pandemic demand and shortage and offered a 50% discount. I replied the same day and explained that I understood their issue however, that was not my concern as they NEVER informed me that they did not have the color I paid for in stock nor did they give me the option to cancel my order. I again asked for a FULL REFUND and a shipping label to return the merchandise. On 08/18/23, I finally received a response stating a refund would be issued upon receipt of the merchandise and a shipping label was attached to the email. On 08/19/23, the merchandise was mailed and on 08/25/23 it was delivered via **** at 10:14 a.m. Tracking No: **********************. I sent an email the same day reiterating the status of the return, including a photo of the proof of delivery, and inquired about my refund. Since then, I have emailed this company 2 additional times (08/28/23 and 08/29/23) regarding my money and have yet to receive a response. I am requesting a FULL REFUND ASAP. I no longer have the merchandise, nor do I have my money! This company is a completely unorganized scam! I will never order from here again nor will I recommend anyone to buy from this so-called company! Included photos: Shipping label & proof of delivery.

      i placed a 650.00 order with Goldenmartbeautysupply.com this Monday. They didnt provide me with a tracking number so I called them and emailed them asking when will my order arrive. She told me shortly, so I wrote back and asked for a tracking number and the agent have yet to respond to me. I spent a lot of money with them and now they are not responding to any of my emails. I smell a bogus business. Someone please help me out I dont deserve this. Horrible business.

      Placed order on March 15th for two (2) Boss Wigs - M876IFE #4. Received one (1) on March 24th - Order #******. I informed GMBShair via email that I had only received one (1) and wanted to cancel the back order. The packing slip had Qty 2 but someone from GMBGhair striked through 2 and wrote 1 (in red). Susan L***, a GMBShair representative, responded that the other one was on back order and asked if I wanted the last #2 that they had. I responded “no that I didn’t want it, as my original order was for a #4” and asked that they cancel the back order. I didn’t hear any more from Susan L*** or GMBShair. Today, April 7th, I received a statement for which I was charged for two wigs. I am asking that GMBShair credit my credit card in the amount of $34.99 for the item that I never received..

      I ordered some hair from GoldenMart Beauty.com, online. I order on March 17 and also paid for faster shipping. It is March 29. I have still not received the package and they are not responding to my messages or call about the status of my items. I am asking for a refund but they are not letting me because they are not responding to my emails or calls.

      On February 1, 2023 I ordered 3 wigs from the website goldmart beauty supply com. The outre lace front wig 2-in-1 pre-plucked lace parting Swiss lace L-parting wig Sarita. One in the color 1B and 2 in the color 99J. Order #-****** for 164.92. Recieved no wigs. Reached out via email on Feb 12 about the package not being delivered and not receiving a tracking number or I wanted. I recieved a response the following day on the 13th saying my "order has been processed, we will notify you further as soon as possible" I immediately replied back demanding a tracking number and which shipping company they would be using and got no reply and have not since recieved any updates. I also tried calling and this company's phone doesn't work. I am seeking a full refund.

      I am rejecting this response because I provided evidence of all email correspondence with this business. Also I did not receive ANY refund from this organization nor did I recieve a package, tracking number or an email stating that I was issued a refund. I can provide bank statements from the account to prove this as well as the correspondence emails. I'd like the organization to provide proof as o have that I was given a refund.

      What is the issue here??? We have emailed you and let you know your order was just placed on a Sunday so it will get processed and shipped in 1-2 days in which it has already been shipped! No reason to contact BBB for this reason! We responded to your inquiry every time and let you know the process.

      I ordered hair color #4 from 'GMBShair.com'. Their on line site shows the color #4 hair I wanted, so I ordered it. After a 10 day wait, I emailed them about my order, and asked for a RMA and a refund of the $144.94 that I had spent. They then sent me color KM30, a totally different color and order number. So I informed them of this by email, and asked again for a RMA and refund of the $144.94 I had been charged. I waited 2 days, but got no reply . I emailed them again about my refund, and still got no answer. I then emailed their account service '2Checkout.com'. for a RMA and refund. They asked me for all ordering details which I sent. Again, no reply. I waited 2 more days and asked again, still no reply 4 days later. GMBShair took my money, but did not deliver what they had promised. I want a full refund of the 4144.94 I have spent.
