On July 21st, 2023, I purchased 2 wigs and other hair items totaling $115.79. When I came home I realized the part on wig was opposite from what I wanted so I returned it, tags still in place with the original packaging to exchange for another unit with the part on the correct side. Per the return policy: “Wigs, jewelry, ponytails, clearance items, and clothing without the tags are not refundable” therefore meaning if they do have tags they are refundable. I came to the store to exchange the wig; however, I saw another I also wanted so the plan was to purchase exchange one and purchase another. The manager who identified himself as “***” on July 23rd at approximately 2:40 pm would not honor the return policy and said that was not what it was intended to read. I explained to him that a return policy is a legally binding agreement and just as I as a customer adhere to the policy he is supposed to as well. He refused to do the exchange or issue a refund for the product I wanted to return.
