      I placed an order on 11/18 and $52.19 was charged to my debit card. I received an order confirmation immediately and order was supposed to ship within 7 days. I placed this order for somebody else so I was getting anxious about the shipping with the holidays approaching so I reached out through email address on the confirmation and received no response. I followed up with a 2nd email and no response. I then contacted them through their website contact form and received no response. I finally found a phone number and it goes to voicemail. I would either like my product or a refund. The confirmation order number that they gave to me was ******

      I placed my order in February 20th 2023 and paid 84.00 via ********. I reached out via the website, text, email, ******** and ******** and no responses. I asked them to resend my goods and no response and then asked for a refund with no response.

      I purchased some products and never received them. They did charge my card and have not returned any of my emails or messages. I’ve emailed them, contacted them through their website, and social media accounts. No responses. It also appears that other customers are having the same issues.

      I placed an order over a month ago, supposed to be 4-7 arrival. I have not received any update on where my order is and nobody ever responds to my emails. I've tried reaching out on ********* and ******** ********* as well as their chat during "business hours" but nobody answers that either. I have no idea where my order is, there is no contact phone number on their website. I want a refund but there's no way to get in touch with anyone.

      I have tried contacting them on Facebook and by email 4 times their site says that they ship within 3 to 5 days. It is now been over 10 days. I still have not received my item. They re-took the money out of my account on October 24. There is no shipment according to the site that they sent me that shows it the item will be shipped. They do not contact me back when I emailed them to ask them if they ship the item. They do not contact me back. I’m fed up. I want my money Back.
