I hired Jimmy on 3/1 to complete gutter cleaning on 3/2. During the initial call he quoted the gutter cleaning would be $245, and I indicated we had gutter shields and asked if this would be an additional charge, to which he replied no. On 3/2 Jimmy arrives at my home an hour later than scheduled, never speaks to me, and all I hear is a blower. He leaves and I go out to inspect my gutters. In the back there are still sticks and visible leaves in the second level roof's gutters and the first level still has pine needles and other debris in them. I call Jimmy back for a second look at the home as he didn't go onto the roof. During the second visit I can see things falling from the second floor roof (indicating he had lied and never gone up there to clean)but he still leaves pine needles and other debris in the gutter guards. My husband then calls Jimmy to ask what we needed to do or pay extra for the debris to be taken out of the gutter guard and Jimmy replies 'you don't know what it's like on a roof, I've been to your house twice and I'm not going back' my husband stated that was fine but we wouldn't pay him since the services were not complete to which Jimmy threatened to file a lien on our home if we didn't pay him and hung up the phone on my husband. Again, Jimmy refuses to complete the work but threatens a lien. I tried texting with Jimmy after he hung up the phone to remedy the situation and he still would not complete the gutter cleaning but sent us an invoice for $185 and told us to pay or he was filing a lien on our house and he refused to complete the work but is threatening people. This man should have any business licenses taken away from him as he is stealing from people and threatening them.Customer response

I have not heard from this guy. I'm not even sure if he is a legit business or just pretending to be on the internet.
