    I am writing this letter regarding a product I purchased from Advanced Hair Studio. If there is an account assigned to my name, I don't know it. I did get a receipt for the purchase. The receipt is dated 2/21/21. Because of the virus pandemic, hair piece manufacturing was estimated at least (1) one year delivery time. This business was purchased from *** ******. I was a client of his *** ***** for over 40 years. This new owner was also a client of *** ******. When *** made it known that he was ready to retire, ***** **** bought the business. In February or March of 2022, I asked ***** about my hair piece and he said that he did not know. When I asked for a refund ***** told me NO REFUNDS. Since then I have asked about my hair piece and ***** told me that he has more important things to do other than to check on my hair piece. One time that I was asking about my hair piece, we started to argue about hair piece or a refund, ***** told me that if I did not walk through the exit door right then, that he would THROW me through it. Being that ***** is about 40 and then I was 80, I left. What do I do next? **** ******
