Mr. Handyman was very responsive, from my first phone call, to job completion. The work was done well, and the tech and office staff was friendly and professional. I thought they took great care of me. Thank you.

I had them come by twice and my carpet strip they laid still is not right. My water on my dishwasher was shut off and almost caught fire but they won’t accept responsibility and I can’t prove it they did it, so we will agree to disagree. They were supposed to fix my door to stop debris from coming in and debris is still coming in. They did other things and I even gave them a tip but moving forward they will never get another dime from me. I would use one of the other companies if I was you.Mr. Handyman of Chattanooga Response

We are sorry that you are unhappy with the work performed. As discussed, the technician simply installed a screw into the clip that holds the dishwasher in place, and had did not pull out the dishwasher, or shut the water off to it, in order to accomplish his task. It is unfortunate that you have had trouble with your dishwasher since then, and wish you all the best.Customer Response

Also I am.currently paying another company to fix the door because when I sent the pictures to Mr.Handyman that the door was not fixed they stated that debris was coming from.an area of the door that they isn't fix. Keep.in mind they were supposed to fix the door and he guarantees me that there would be no morw debris. The work they did to the door was worse than whether they turned the water off or not. The bottom they put on my door was uneven and very poorly done. I didn't care as long as it was sealed up, I was ok with it not being pleasing to the eye. But it wasn't even sealed and the didn't offer to come back.out and fix it they just blew me off. Don't use this company!!!
