I've used Reliable for over 20 years. They have been just that, reliable. I use their annual maintenance to keep my unit serviced. Most recently my unit wasn't cooling as it should. I made the call and they were there within the next 2 hours. They replaced a capacitor that had gone bad on what's now a 14 year old unit. Any tech that's ever been to my house has been knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend this company.Review from Robert H

The reliable tech, Stephen showed up on time, and literally within five minutes had the issue diagnosed and had begun the repair. I am a diyer and of course had many questions. He answered every question I had and was quite conversant with the heat pump system, while not making me feel like a pest. We have used Reliable exclusively over the years and every tech has been more than competent. Stephen was top notch, the best of the best I would say. Nobody likes a service call bill. In this situation, we considered it more than acceptable - not only because we now have cool air at the start of hot weather (41 degrees at the register) but also because the interaction was so pleasant. We will refer Reliable (and specifically Stephen) any chance we get. Obviously we will be calling them, if need be, in the future.Review from Jerry F

The first young man for the a.c. Was great. The second kid for the heater needed much more training. After he was done, he waited around, I assume for a tip. Very uncomfortable. I’m glad I didn’t give him a tip. He left the house a complete mess. Insulation all over the place, even after I had put a drop cloth down for him. The first guy asked to use our vacuum and cleaned up everything. The second guy didn’t clean up, didn’t put the furniture back and still wanted a tip! So it’s 50/50 on this company. I would use them again, but ask for better, more mature techs.
