My husband and I recently stayed at the Fairfield Inn located in Chattanooga on Oct 13 - Oct 15. When we entered our room, the first thing we realized was we had dirty towels in our bathroom (hair was on them). The next thing was we went to turn the TV on in our bedroom and it would not work. We did go to the front desk and asked for assistance. The young lady came to our room and tried to get the tv to work, but could not. Because the hotel was pretty full, she said she would take $50 OFF OUR RATE EACH NIGHT for the inconvenience. My husband put the room on his credit card and it still has not been credited to his account. I contacted the reservations department with NO luck whatsoever. They were not helpful at all. I called the hotel and ****** said he would make sure the credit was issued. Nothing still. I was wondering if you can help us resolve this problem.
