      We did not have a good experience. After we paid the agreed upon deposit, we were contacted by the owner, Tom S******, about 3 weeks later who asked if we were still interested in proceeding because we had never paid the deposit. Once that was cleared up, we had to wait another three weeks for the cabinets since they had not been ordered when we initially paid. When the cabinets came, they were the wrong color but we accepted them so we could move forward because we had to wait so long. When they were installed, no hardware was installed and one of the cabinet doors was left laying inside a cabinet. When I questioned the owner about this, he said I was supposed to provide the hardware myself. I reminded him that I had selected the hardware from him in his showroom the day we selected the cabinets and the color, and he had supposedly written all of that down on our order to which responded that if I wanted to purchase hardware from him, I could come pick some out, as if I hadn't already, no apologies for the mix up. The owner also said they were unable to install the last cabinet door because the ceilings were too low, and that I had never told them what I wanted to do about that. When I advised him that no one had ever communicated to me that there was an issue with installing the door, he acted as if I was crazy and said his installers told him they had an extensive conversation with me about it which was completely untrue. I told Mr. S***** no one had ever contacted me about this. They just left it undone. And then he said he sent me an email about it which was also untrue. I told him I had kept every email he had sent me and there was no communication about this. So, I asked the owner if he would just take some off the total price for all the mix-ups and delays, lack of communication and the fact that the job was not completed but he refused and said he spent a lot of time on my house and that his work was expensive, and he should get paid the full price.
