              10/25/2021--- My brother hired Two Men and A Truck out of Chattanooga to move ******, he had to pay $ 389.00. ****** had lost his debit card so I paid the company with my bank card from ****** Bank. During this move one of the workers dropped a Chifferobe made by Bassett and damaged the right-side door. There was a claim supposed to be filed and my brother paid for the damage, as of 11/30/2021 not settled or repaired. On 11/17/2021 Joey ran my bank card for $ 232.50 caused 3 overdrafts totaling $ 108.00. He was told directly by me not to run my card for any money. I had nothing to do with this business, this was between him and my brother, ******. I would not use this company to move a cathouse!!!

              I have used this company for three moves. The first in 2012 was great. On the second move in 2020, their truck broke down, but the company did their best under the rather trying circumstances. The last move in December of 2022 was a complete disaster. The men were unprofessional, and the oldest employee who claimed to have worked for the company for 12 years was rude and abrasive. Here are just a few of the issues. 1. They ignored my request to check in with the condo office and failed to use their pads to protect the elevator. 2. They threw the boxes around and mishandled and broke several items. 3. They couldn't reassemble my bed or buffet and simply left them in pieces. They left my large glass coffee table sitting in the hall by the elevator. The next day, I had to ask other movers to get it out of the hall. 4. They lost a box of glassware and a coat. 5. When I called the company to complain, Jason was pleasant but neither apologized nor offered to compensate me for my losses. I will never use the company again, and I plan to warn others about the company's lack of concern for their customers and our belongings.
