      12/22/2022 purchase date $65.45 spent Band merchandise (t-shirts) Order has not shipped and have contacted multiple times about matter and I gave warning that I would contact the BBB about the matter. Company has NOT responded to any of the multiple emails I've sent, Order number is #*********

      This customer ordered a pre-order item that clearly states it will not ship until January of which there are 2 weeks left. This item is still in production and is unavailable to ship. Furthermore, this customer received an autogenerated email announcing a delay in response time and to call if immediate help was needed. Lastly, this customer sent a disgusting, profanity laced email to our customer service team. We do not respond to communication like that. We will be glad to cancel this order and issue a refund.

      I am rejecting this response because: I did not receive any email stating that these were presale item's and they would ship in January. I also reject this email because I NEVER received a response to ANY of the emails I sent except for an autogenerated one stating that the email was received. I waited days in between sending emails, checking EVERY day for a response. My last email I sent them wasn't pleasant but it was pretty obvious that I was frustrated with the whole situation and them not responding. I'm ok with waiting for the shirts to ship, if they are indeed "presale" items. I did not want to have to make this report but clearly this is a company that will blame the customer for their mistakes. I still want my items but this will be the last time that I order from them.

      I purchased a box set for Kacey Musgraves through her Instagram story. This purchase was made through the app. The IG story advertised the box set as being signed by Kacey. When i received the box set, it was not signed. So i reached out to Colortest Merch to either get my money back/return the item, or get a signed box set sent to me, to which i did not receive a reply initially. So i called Colortest, and the person i spoke to immediately started arguing with me and told me i was wrong and there were different box set options (which did not appear on the IG story purchasing link). They did not offer to make it right. they only wanted to argue. So i filed a dispute with Paypal, to which they lied to Paypal. I then filed a dispute with my credit card company, to which they also lied to them. and from the looks of the reviews on here, they also lied on other people's disputes. I will not be ordering from this merch company again. Thankfully there are plenty of other merchandisers out there so not too worried. It is unfortunate this company feels the need to lie rather than try and make it right.

The Vinyl Box Set - Autographed sells for $124.99 + shipping. Unfortunately, the Vinyl Box Set - Autographed has sold out. Our very kind customer service rep let you know that you could return your Vinyl Box Set - Standard for a refund and you declined. We are unable to give refunds for an items not returned within 30 days of receipt. Your receipt shows: $104.99 Vinyl Box Set - Standard + $14.50 Priority Mail Shipping + $11.35 Tax = $130.84 Paid Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2021/11/11) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) The above response is not accurate. No one offered me a refund for my return. They only wanted to argue with me. I would've gladly returned the item, but you see there are several issues here. 1. I do not appreciate the lying. And from the looks of other complaints on BBB, this is an ongoing trend with this company. 2. I did not order the box set on the site I ordered it from Kasey Musgraves ********* story to which it advertised a signed box set, and then brought me to the page to which I bought said box set. But you see, IG stories and the links embedded within those stories often do not translate the way they do when you are on the site directly. This may have been where the issue lies, but again I did not get a proactive response from your merch company, I received a reactive response. I am not here to bicker back-and-forth with you people, but it seems like that is all you want to do rather than come to a resolution. I have been dealing with this issue way before the 30 days had past so the comment about it being past the 30 day return window is irrelevant. My complaint still stands as your company needs to figure out a better customer service protocol. I would still very much like a refund and or a signed box set by Kacey Musgraves for all this grief and inconvenience this has caused. And to be clear, your customer service rep was not kind, but rather reactive and argumentative. This is the only instance of all of the ********* orders where a customer purchased the Standard edition and thought they purchased the Autographed. ********* checkout is unable to be completed unless you choose either Standard or Autographed. The Vinyl Box Set - Autographed is sold out at this time.
