      I found a vehicle that i wanted on the website. Contacted them and negotiated over the phone all morning after working all night. We came to an agreement over the phone and they were to have it ready to sign when i arrived 2 hours later due to me having to work again the same night. The vehicle price was $29,951. My trade in was $28000 with me owing $36000 on the trade. My agreed price was then $37,951. The finance manager did not explain anything to me while i was electronically signing the documents upon my arrival. After all said and done the next week i realized i owe$45,988.05 Due to the extra "Services" that they slipped in without my knowledge. "Service Contract" - $3215 "Shield Elite Plus" - $2285. I should have caught this while i was signing the documents but i did not. Very sneaky and unprofessional of them. When i contacted them and asked about it they said its the "additional warranties" that i selected in the business office and would need to come by and talk to them to clarify, knowing that I live 2 hours away, however I did not select anything and even have documents stating that i have no warranty at all. Not to mention the car is leaking oil! i would like them to at least repair my oil leak since i paid them $3215 for a "service contract"

      Added cost that did not happen they hurried the car out because knew they had a buyer but charged for a service that DIDN’T happen. This is a cost that is getting to every car they sale and shouldn’t be unless the buyer approves.

      On 11/25/2023, we purchased a used vehicle from Integrity Chevrolet. Within 10 minutes of driving off the light the check engine light came on. TEN MINUTES. We promptly turned around to take the car back to the dealership. They took the vehicle and were able to get the light turned off. On 11/28/2023, the check engine light came back on. We called the salesman, and he said for us to bring it back to the dealership. On 11/29/2023 the car was dropped off for repair. It was determined that Chevrolet did not have the tools to fix the vehicle, so it was sent to the Kia dealership. Kia at this point in time also wanted to fix the open recall. The salesman calls us, and lets us know. We are fine with both items being fixed. A week goes by, and the vehicle has not yet been repaired. Issues with the warranty department I believe. Another week goes by, and I call the Kia Dealership and find that it is a Cam Shaft and CVCT on top of the recall. We are now on week 3 Integrity Chevrolet "fixing our vehicle". Today I find out that the Fuel Injector needs to be replaced. We have owned the vehicle for 27 days, and Integrity has had the vehicle in their possession for 22 of these 27 days to "fix". We have been given a car to drive while they fix, but at this point I am wondering if perhaps Integrity should just give us our money back as it's clear they have sold us a lemon vehicle. I even asked why the car had been sitting on the lot, since used cars seem to be in high demand. I asked if there was anything wrong with the car, and was assured no there was not.

WE REACHED AN AGREEMENT TO CREDIT THE ENTIRE $11,983.92 WHICH WAS THE TOTAL AMOUNT THAT HAD BEEN PAID FOR THE KIA, TOWARDS THE PURCHASE OF ANOTHER VEHICLE.THEY PURCHASED A 2011 ACURA MDX ON JAN. 4TH 2024.WE FEELCONFIDENT THAT THEY ARE SATISFIED WITH THE EXPERIENCE.

      I purchased service contract the day of buying my vehicle then canceled it the day after and I attached the form that was sent by the financial person. The financial person said no problem I’ll send you the form and we will get it canceled for you. As of today it has not been canceled or received my gmc or the warranty department. I am paying for a service that was to be discontinued. I had contacted the financial department and the sales representative and they tell me if was taken care of. Well it has hasn’t been submitted and it been almost 60 day. I have literally been on the phone for hours and days. When I talk with the finance people they say it’s been taken care of. Obviously it hasn’t because gmc or ****** warranty has no record of it. I’m due $6631.00 to be deducted from my balance Here is the warranty department number ************. They just need to submit the form and get my money refunded

      We are certainly sorry for the delay in resolving this issue. We were not aware that you had paid your existing loan off, through ** ********* on Oct. 17th 2023 which is the date that we overnighted $6,631.00 to them.

      We have contacted ** ********* and they told us today that they had processed a refund to you on November 3, 2023. They did communicate to us that you should allow 7- 10 business days to receive. We feel confident that this issue should be resolved within the next few days. We apologize for the inconvenience that this has caused.

      I am rejecting this response because: I received $154 that was overpayment and had nothing to do with my warranty refund.  As soon as I receive the $6631 I will drop my complaint. This issue should have been resolved months ago and the fact that I had my vehicle paid off should have not bearing on receiving my warranty refund

      Very unprofessional with Kolby D****** an Wayne T****. Kobly D****** wanted to scream at me due to only certain about the insurance check on a bankruptcy case deal. Which he was explained to that everything was legal handling. So I told him I didn't want to deal with him if he's only going to keep pushing for just my money. An with Wanye T**** he was very unprofessional calling me out my name as if we was still in slavery telling me also to shut up. I don't drive due to not having my license because they are expired. But Wayne took it to an different type of level. Discrimination against me for not going through our verbal agreement. Wayne said he didn't know if he could sale me the 2011 Chevy Impala. So I reached the information an send it too him. I have the text messages where I stayed several times in the messages I didn't have them. He replied back an we had a phone call where he agreed to allow me to have someone drive my car for me. But the day I was supposed to sign my paperwork he wanted to scream at me like Kolby did. Not only scream at me but calling me an boy in a rascal way isn't acceptable. I explained too him that both of them was very unprofessional an that it's not okay because once you give your word that's all you have to stand on. As an grown man to man I am not his son nor a boy. I am not in the earlier 1960's. Then after I told him you said what you had to say now it is my turn. An going into details about the ** ***** Document I sent stating that they can not refuse to sale me a car but we must agree on terms of service for the car being removed from the dealership. Which I can show in the text where he saw I will start the paper work after I said several times I can have someone in my family drive my car off the lot for me that way they can drive me around. I had my attorney go to court on the behalf of filing for the car which Kolby was worrying about. Then I had my insurance company do they're part where the money was going straight to them. Which I done everything I was told too do. My word I'd all I have to stand on as a man and a individual. Once I told Wayne T**** I don't want to deal with him due too Discrimination, Disrespectful manner he started Harassing Me with phone calls an texting none if this is okay. I kept in very professional with both of these gentlemen. I am a person and a man first. I put on my pants the same way. Yes, I was.going to allow my daughter to keep my car drive me around until I got my license renewed. But I don't even want to deal with your business at all. If it wasn't for my 2018 Malibu LS Limited been totaled out by someone running me off the road November 4, 2022 I wouldn't even been up there. I deal with Mt. Chevrolet and I wish that the guy Louis wouldn't sent me too them.

No, it's not okay an you can o er look the issue which isn't about the car.
