The Chattanooga Times Free Press delivers a small paper, the "North Georgia Community News", each week around Wednesday. When I took over my mothers estate after she died, I called the customer service number for this publication to stop delivery. I'm disabled and can't get to the bottom of my driveway every day. I only go down when **** informed delivery notifies me of mail. These community news papers are thrown out at the bottom of my driveway where they get wet, and run over by anyone coming up my driveway. They turn to useless garbage I have to pick up every week. Ever time this company feels like it or gets a new delivery person, the deliveries start up again. It then takes 3, 4, or more calls to finally get the deliveries stopped. Then it starts up again within a year or two. This has gone on for the 9 years I've lived here. The last two weeks I've called the day of or the day after this paper was thrown out on my driveway to complain and ask to stop delivery to no avail. Another was delivered today. It's become harassment and dumping trash on my driveway. I want to hire an attorney but I'm on a fixed income which makes it hard to afford. If this complaint doesn't put a finale stop to this continuing problem, I will seek legal recourse. This documentation will help in that regard.
