I am representing the ******* which is a community in the ********** **** subdivision, a senior residential community in Ooltewah, TN. We have a contract for termite protection with Bug Busters which is up for renewal. I have concerns about the service they are supposed to be providing, especially during this past year. I have been trying to get in touch with their representative for about two months. I have talked with a person in their office on numerous occasions and have left messages but the representative has not returned any of my calls. The contract states they will respond when requested but that has not happened. I will appreciate any assistance you can render in solving this issue.Customer response

On June 9th, 2022, I entered into a Pest Control Service agreement with this company. I was to pay $99.00 for an initial more thorough service, be billed $35.00 monthly thereafter, and they would do a service on my home quarterly. I have paid everything as it came do, on time, however, the business never returned to do any future service on my home. I have reached out multiple times to no avail, and most recently they stated they would check the tech schedules and call me back; which they never did.Customer response

I am satisfied with the results. The company responded, and returned to my home to perform the services agreed upon.
