              Great job Pallas H****!!! My water heater was leaking and it turned out that my pressure valve was no good. My pressure valve is located under my house in the crawl space!! I called Patriot Services and the lady I spoke with was very cordial and helpful. She quoted me an estimate and had someone at my door by 9:30am the next day. The person who arrived was so very helpful. His name is Pallas H***. he is one of the most courteous, pleasant and knowledgeable people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. After agreeing with him to replace the pressure valve, he had my new pressure valve installed and working in a little over an hour. He had to make one trip to get a part that he didn't have with him and it only took a few minutes. All-in-all, I would trust him to fix any problems I might have in the future. I hope I don't have any more!!

              They are very professional, easy to work with, and transparent and fair with their pricing, we had there help with a large installation 2 years ago, and had the help with routine maintenance for our water heater. Will call them again for our next plumbing needs.

              He was very nice, knowledgeable and I would definitely use them again. They had to order the parts for my 13 year unit but I am so thankful they didn't try and sell me a new one, in fact they said that the unit I had was a good one.
