I purchased a custom built building from this company. Come to find out they’re just the middle man for a company in Nashville. After waiting for two months it was finally delivered. The person delivering it was very nice, but broke a large piece from under the building getting it off, and screwed two screws in the side for the sign during transport. I lost count of how many issues I found just from my first walk through when I walked inside. This building was so poorly constructed the studs weren’t even lined up evenly. The cap on the roof was off line, and the frame was clearly made from scrap lumber. The piece where the doors close was coming loose, and had a large crack in it. There were several more visible damage marks to the outside as well. I told the guy I was not accepting it, but he said he was ordered to leave it. I go back and forth with the company, and get the runaround. A week later someone finally shows up to look at the issues who’s name is Greg. He’s with the company that built the shed. He states that the lumber (which is clearly scrap) is normally used in their construction. He does acknowledge there’s several issues, and offers to have a new one built. I tell him I have no confidence in their products, and the first one should of been built correctly. The model I looked at certainly wasn’t of this poor quality. He then spouts off a very well rehearsed line of “it’s in your contract that we’ll be keeping your deposit”. I’m now filing a dispute through my credit card company. My best advise is if you’re looking to purchase a storage shed, do yourself a favor and go anywhere but Brandy’s.
