Vehicle was towed on 5/17/23 while we were asleep. Satisfied payment with lender on 5/18/23 and was sent over to UAR via ******* ***. Was informed by lender that we would have vehicle back yesterday or the following day depending on time received by them. We contacted UAR and was informed that we would not get vehicle OR property as far as car seats out of vehicle until Monday 8/21/23. This is a van. It has at least 4 car seats in it needed for our children. I was told I could contact the police as far as property goes but the business is not open on Friday 5/18/23. Although according to the website, business is open 9AM-8PM Monday through Friday and closed on weekends. This to me, is to charge us by day, even though VRR has been sent over for vehicle and everything has been satisfied to gain possession back of the vehicle. They also have NO way of contacting the office itself instead of its “corporate” office who likes to hang up on you. To me, this is terrible considering we have kids, we need their stuff. It’s blatantly obvious given what’s in the vehicle. When you also spend the upwards of 2000 to gain vehicle back, and still don’t have it, it’s ridiculous. Do better.
