Today while placing a food order for a first responder at the speaker, I asked if there was a” spicy “ option for the chicken platter. I was spoken to with a very frustrated tone and asked, “well what do you mean?”. I simply said for the chicken, is there a spicy option. As the customer, asking a simple yes or no question should not set off an emotional fireworks session. I should not be required to give them any information on my limitations, physically, but because that I am partially blind in my left eye, and because the menu is on the left, I am unable to read all of the small lettering easily. But I did not divulge that information, because again, it is not their business. I was able to see the word buffalo on the menu, so I just asked if that was a possibility. They said yes, and took my order. I didn’t think anything was wrong. But when I got to the window I was given a salad after being charged for the salad. I waited, because I didn’t know what was in the bag. She came back to the window, and I asked her for my drink. She said her drink didn’t come with the salad and I told her that I did not have a salad, and was waiting on the buffalo chicken platter. In the meantime, the associate manager or whatever his title is , ***** ******, came to the window, and when I expressed some confusion over what was going on because of even my question, he got very defensive. I was spoken to like an absolute dog. And then I was accused of speaking to them like they were stupid. Mine was a simple, yes, or no question. I have no idea what this restaurant had to offer, And after waiting for my food, he came back to the window and asked if there was anything that he could do after a refund was given for the salad. I told him I was waiting for my food, and he said he refused to serve someone he spoke to him like he was stupid. I called him following my leaving of the store, and I was trying to obtain information so that I could provide it to the BBB. I was hung up on.Business response

I talked to this guest on the phone for probably a full hour. We resolved this issue.
