i made an appointment online to receive services, when i went to the business on hixson pike the girl i booked with was at a different location, and i was advised i then had missed my appt, i advised her i was leaving to go on vacation out of the country and needed them done so she put me with someone i did not know or ever heard of, as well as the air conditioner was clearly not working well, i did not think much of it since im not the one providing the service and im not the one certified or a expert, and would not have known that in that type of temperature they should not be performing the service they advertised nor took my money and tried to perform, when they clearly knew they should not be trying to service anyone in that type of room temperature, because the service would not be done correctly. After admitting this to me on the phone, and denying me my full refund, Aron the owner as she stated advised me i should had called her when it happened instead of waiting til i got back into the country to address the problem with her it would have been better for her if i had called her right away , when i was out of the country. i requested a full refund, so i would not have to waste any more of my time with them, that i had already wasted, but she refused gave me a option of half or i could drive 30 minutes from where i live and have them done with the girl i originally booked, but they failed to tell me she was no longer at that location and had me waste 3 hours of my work day to accommodate them, then very rudely tell me that is all she was willing to do, when she knowingly let a girl i didnt even book with do them in a hot and humid room. This company seems to have this problem of mixing appts up, but to refuse to refund my money for services they promised and knew they should not have been performing, needs to not only be addressed by the bbb but also the TN state department
