              What a joke. Went for testing, followed all of the clinician's instructions, stopped any sprays as instructed - after testing - I'm not allergenic to anything ?? This was immediately suspect after years of allergies. Went to the Allergy Clinic of Chattanooga - super professional, they even did a histamine test to make sure the allergy test results were correct (Galen did not). Guess what I am still allergenic to 17 different substances. Perhaps Galen clinic had either bad testing materials or a staff that was not trained properly.

              Charged for services (tests) which were not performed. I immediately asked for a refund on my credit card before leaving the office. I was told the refund had to be handled by another office and it could take up to 7 days. I have spoken with 7 different people with promises of call backs that does not happen. It has now been 16 days and I have not received a refund. This is fraudulent business practices; actions need to be taken to protect others.
