I use this company to ship my carpet to my carpet business,im a carpet and flooring retailer. On 1/15/24 I filed a claim for a delivery I never received ,after dozens of emails and them putting me off they denied the claim and said they delivered it. This is obviously not a good outcome for a small business like myself . They lost a roll of carpet valued at $281.00 and i paid an estimated $55.00 for them to ship it. Im posting this to possibly prevent them from doing the same to others and hopefully they do the right thing and compensate me for my loss.Business response
