    After two failed deliveries (first time the wrong truck was sent, second time a receiver in front of my delivery rejected delivery so they called off all remaining deliveries) I suffered through partial delivery on third attempt. Driver showed up in wrong truck with no lift gate but decided to manually remove the freight. Without giving me the ability to check in the delivery (and being able to confirm that it was partial and missing freight) driver drove off without speaking to me or checking off the invoice. Drivers showed up later at 7pm that night to drop off additional parts of the order and dropped them off without communicating. I only knew about it because they drove the box truck through my trees taking down branches. This entire time I never got updates nor phone calls. I had to chase them to figure out what was going on. Taking several days off work and rescheduling construction several times because they fail to both deliver and communicate is incredibly economically stressful. Worst experience, well below industry Standard and could not advise more strongly to avoid. XGS, doubtful I will here from you but let me know if you want the probill number to review.

    Consistently shows incompetence and outright poor service. This company seems to be in complete disorganization and chaos.

    Incompetent and do not fulfill promised delivery dates. I had to call to track down the delivery as it was not delivered as promised when shipped. Setting the next delivery date/time they claimed they had tried to reach me, no voicemails or emails to backup that claim. The promised date passed with no contact from them. Called again, they claimed it was never scheduled, setup another day/time. Again came and went with no contact and no delivery. Called again and was again told it was never scheduled. Setup a 4th date/time for delivery, I have no real hope it will show up then, and will likely need to cancel the order with HomeDepot and order from someone else.

    Terrible shipping quality. Item Shipped 1 March for delivery 28 March. Nothing arrived. Spent about a week going back and forth with XGS and Home Depot. No one could locate the item. There were no tracking updates at all except the initial "Shipped". Finally all agreed it was lost. That afternoon informed by XGS it was found in their Jacksonville Warehouse on 6 April. Supposedly its on its way now. We'll see but I have no faith in this company. They seem to have no system, electronic or manual, to track shipments

    If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Terrible shipping operation. I understand the logistics behind the shipping and the transit from point A to point B. However, after all that, they lied, they put me off, they never picked up our carpet when they said they would. Nor deliver when they said they would. Get a different shipping company for all your needs, this one is terrible. Poor communication, and poor customer service. Literally dropped our carpet onto our driveway and left, no help, in sub zero temps to carry it with my hubby to our garage, feet away. Had to call a neighbor to help right away as it cannot be left out in that cold temp. Furious with the delivery guy too. All around, everything stunk with this company.
