      The website had a glitch on polo shirts they were $0.00 and I ordered shirts for my 5 kids and also paid the 10.98 shipping. They emailed me saying they can't fill my order because it was a mistake they also called(left voicemail) and told me it was a glitch her name was Maya I feel like that's not my fault and I should get my order I told them I wanted my order and not a $10.98 refund they cancelled my order without my consent and they refunded my money I need the shirts not the money.

      Ok. From my understanding she ordered 27 shirts at the same time while we were updating a new system.  As a result, she ordered over 600 dollars of shirts for the 10 dollar shipping fee only because of the timing and glitch. After several attempts of trying to explain to her what happened (which there is precedent of handling it this way in other industries when this happens), her response was not my problem I want my order shipped.  We have cancelled the order and we are more than willing to take her order for the correct price if and when she so chooses.

      I am rejecting this response because: I said not my problem after they refused to give me my order. I did an online order just like any other day and I ran into this. Just because I spent $620 I feel like it's a big problem verses only $22(one shirt) But I checked back later that same day and the glitch was still there they had moved the polo to the first option still at $0.00 instead of the 4th on the page if I'm not mistaking. Also they should find a more convenient time to update so it's not my problem and they didn't notice til later that's why she's probably lying about a update. Once again it was $0.00 USD the entire day so to me it's like you basically didn't care about moving the "SYSTEM UPDATE" in a timely manner. I want my order and not to mention you didn't give me anything for the inconvenience like come on now your store is about 99% KIDS uniforms do you have any sympathy at all???

      I still have not received a monogrammed polo shirt that I ordered online in JULY 2022 from Educational Outfitters on Gunbarrel Road in Chattanooga,TN. I have called with no answer and no way to leave a message. I have emailed this business with no reply. There have been zero updates on my order. Zero communication from this business.

      The customer has a complaint.  Due to terrible supply issues this summer, the item in question has now just become available.  It is on the way, and we will deliver it to the school if necessary to for the customer.

      Uniforms were ordered in May and June of 2022. According to business owner some of the items were on back order (oxford shirt (embroidered) and size 5 jumper. To date the listed items have not been received after multiple requests for an update. A request for refund was also requested last month; no answer or follow-up from vendor has been received since August 1, 2022.

      This is a product that our vendor was unable to provide by back to school. The person was supposed to be contacted about a refund. I am not sure what the issue was, but I will see to it.

      My kids school used Educational Outfitters as the school sole resource for uniforms. I ordered my 3 sons 2 blue shirts each and one button down Oxford shirt each, all embroidered. After months of waiting and trying g to reach the owner, Mr. C****, I still do not have the blue shirts nor the Oxford shirt for my oldest son. Then the school notified parents that the vendor was going to send all late orders directly to the school, even after we paid for shipping g to our homes. It has been a complete nightmare trying to get the last three shirts that I paid for. I have several emails where I communicated to Mr. C**** that I had been trying to reach him about my order and the only thing he has done was update my order status as sent but never completed my order. I honestly don't think Mr. C**** nor his company care anything about the consumers and at this point, I would consider him * *****. He's taking people's hard earned money for products and not deli ering what we paid for. Even after contacting the company via email that if my mk ey was not refunded or items delivered, Mr. C**** still failed to reach back out to me via email or text. Myself, along with other parents have voiced our concern with the school and was promised that we would have a different vendor next year. Educational Outfitters in Chattanooga, TN is not a reputable place to do business with. Very poor communication, lack of consistency, and taking g people's hard earned money just to give them nothing in return.

      I am rejecting this response because the issue has not been resolved yet. Yes, I did finally speak with Mr. C****, who seemed genuinely apologetic. However, the issue is not resolved until I either have the missing items I ordered or a refund is given if the order can not be filled completely. Mr. C**** did ask me what size uniforms was I missing and said that he would look into it to get the problems resolved. Until I have either the uniforms or refund, I will not be satisfied with just a conversation. Thank you

      I ordered some items that are required for our school's uniforms on July 29th & marked to be picked up at the store. I received an automated receipt that had no information about when these items would be available or even the location of the store - I had to google that information. Weeks go by, school starts, no word whatsoever on when these items that are needed for school will arrive. I called the phone number listed on the website for the local store - "voice mail is full - Goodbye" I went to the corporate website - called that number - it instructs you to contact your local store -They have a text only number - tried that - it texts you back with an auto reply to contact your local store! Even if you try to speak with a person at the corporate level all you receive are voicemail options! After a month had passed with no info. my husband goes by the store, - they have weird hours not mentioned anywhere on their website - (the only reason we have that info is that someone posted a picture of the sign on the door with their crazy hours - closed two week days open one weekend day) When he gets there and shows our receipt they tell him that the shirts are not in- they are backordered. Now, wouldn't that have been a nice vital piece of information that the company could have shared at some point - either ON THE RECEIPT - or via email - really? Is this the way businesses are run now? The frustration level is off the charts by this point. Why is this so difficult - it is usually not hard to order something online - receive information about your order - maybe even track it (my word, the amazing things we can do now!) - it seems a simple courtesy to reach out to the customer and say something like" hey we noticed your items are backordered - we'll keep you posted on when they are available for your to pick up" - that was not difficult! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY! Still don't have the order - but they have my money - refund time.

      We have responded to this customer by text more than once, by the number that we were given, that their custom school items were ready. They are still here from my understanding.
