            We just bought our home in July 2023 and victory home came out and sold us a water treatment system was supposed to have life time soap detergent shampoo etc pots and pans etc. A few days later we called *** to come get the system we were not happy with it. We have called and called and called no response they came tested the system to find out we still have hard water and they won’t take the system. The finance company has tried to have a meeting and they will not call them back either. They have yet to give us any of our free soaps and all the other things but at this point we want them to come get it and we are ab to get an attorney. The two gentleman who sold us this system no longer work for the company so conveniently. The owner will not call us or return any phone calls.

            This company is a joke. Apparently they are working with another company offering products like soap, detergent, shampoo and oil essence and water systems at the same time. After we did the contract with them and over 4 months we have no receive the product and the cookware that PATRICK AND TESSA OFFERED. So, if you are looking for healthy for your life and your pocket definitely they are the wrong company to do that. PATRICK in his character as a salesperson never mentioned when we signed the contract (Feb/26th) that is a financial program and the APR is around 12% and they take 1$ daily apart from the interest. That’s is insane and I don’t know why that kind of people and company is offering this kind of services. When you see product from Pure & Gentle, Aquamaven and sintesk and this guys please do a favor by yourself and BE AWARE and check it out because in the East Tennessee THE VICTORY HOME CORP are the reseller.
