Disappointing Experience with Altar’d State: Poor Quality, Unethical Practices, and High Prices Review: I recently had a highly disappointing experience and feel compelled to share my feedback. I found their products to be of consistently poor quality, their company culture to be toxic, and their prices to be unreasonably high. First and foremost, the quality of the clothing I purchased was shockingly subpar. The materials used felt cheap and easily worn out after just a few uses. The stitching was shoddy, and the garments had loose threads and uneven hems. It was evident that their products were not made to withstand regular wear and tear, which is completely unacceptable for a clothing company. Furthermore, I was deeply disturbed by the toxic culture that seems to permeate within Altar’d State. The employees I interacted with displayed a complete lack of professionalism, exhibiting rude and unhelpful behavior. It was clear that there was a lack of morale and a general disregard for customer satisfaction. The negative energy within the company was palpable and reflected in the overall experience. The prices of Altar’d State's products were exorbitant, considering the poor quality and terrible customer service. It is disappointing to see a company charging such high prices for items that do not even come close to meeting basic standards of quality and craftsmanship. This level of overpricing is nothing short of a rip-off for consumers. As a conscientious consumer, There were multiple reports on unethical labor practices and exploitation within their supply chain, which is concerning and should not be overlooked. My experience with was incredibly disheartening. The combination of poor quality clothing, toxic culture, exorbitant prices, and unethical practices leaves me with no choice but to strongly discourage others from supporting this brand. There are far better options available in the market that prioritize quality, fair pricing, and ethical practices.

I have been shopping at this store located in Miramar Beach in the grand Boulevard shopping center for over a year now I have always had a wonderful experience shopping at altard State until today the ladies working there have always welcome to me and asked me if I needed any help and have been genuine but today served a different experience upon entering the store I was greeted warmly by an associate as I was browsing a young lady asked me if I needed to open up a fitting room I replied no as I knew my size and didn’t need to try on the young lady again came around shortly later and asked if I needed help getting a shirt down I was looking at I replied no. I then went to the checkout counter with a pair of shorts as well as two shirts I did not realize the complete length of the shorts I had picked up until I set them on the counter I then asked the girl that was ringing me up how they fit and she said they were on the longer side so I then replied back with I wasn’t a fan of a longer style and as I was about to say I did not want them the same associate who had came up to me twice offering help replied in a smart rude manner “well then don’t get them” it wasn’t necessarily what she said it was how she said it the girl that was ringing me up was very polite but upon the girl saying this she smirked and giggled as she knew the other girl was being rude. The girl also said this comment under her breath and walked out behind the counter to the other side of the store I asked the young lady who was checking me out what her name was and she responded with Rachel I am very upset about this experience I don’t understand what I possibly could have said for the young lady to think it was OK to be rude like she did I’ve spent well over $1000 in the store if not more and being talked to like that is unacceptable. I am a manager at a store down the road from this business and frequently go to altard State on my lunch but I cannot imagine speaking to a customer that way
