  I hired ***** **** to replace two basement windows. He quoted the job for $****. He started a job that day when he was done for the day. He said it would be $***** And he would finish tomorrow. I paid him by check the full $***** He did not return the next day so I called said he be out the following day because something had come up. That time he told me I needed to have my gutters cleaned which I hired him to do and to put a cap on my chimney. I paid him $3** by check for that job. Still didn’t finish. The windows, said he be out the next day to finish them. He didn’t come out I called he said he now had Covid. He would send someone else out to finish the work he never returned. I finally hired someone else to finish the work the work that he had done was pretty shoddy. I contacted him and told him I’d like a refund of at least half the money I paid him which would’ve been $***. I messaged him and left voicemails for him. He didn’t answer my calls, he finally answered my call after I had hired someone else to do the work and said he would not refund me a penny. I have pictures of the work that he did and also a new contractor.

  10/25/2021- paid ***** ******* $600 to do asphalt work. He did ONE coat, and we have him on video(house camera) doing 45 minutes of work. He left, and claimed a worker was coming back , and never did. He promised he would be back FIRST THING Monday morning, November 1, 2021 to make things right. He did not. My son spoke with him, and he blatantly lied about numerous things, but now out $600.00, and wont answer!

I meet with him and gave him a price and we agreed on $450.00 to put a heavy coat of sealer on asphalt and I would go over it same day if needed. I told him unless you replace it you'll never get rid of cracks or pot holes that's common sense. I have before pictures of the driveway and it was old gray. I told him you can't over sealcoat it will track and come out but I will do as I see How it goes. I did spray it twice that same day I will stand behide that and hope they have cameras. They ***** ask I see you do pressure washing and how much to clean my house. I looked gave him a deal and said $150 dollars and the sides and front. Of course we couldn't start because driveway was wet not dry. Why we agreed on $150 I told ***** my minimum price to come out with my equipment is $200 paying labor and gas and all that. He said hey I got a pressure washer in the garage and you can use It instead bringing yours and just bring a extra water hose . I said of $150 total $600 . Hopefully not life or death or weather I'll see you follow Monday. Wrote a $600 instead have fill out two. Monday comes and it's pouring rain. I told ***** I hate maken promises.but first day it's clear I got you covered. Rain gets me 2 days back I got other jobs I try book as I go and try to please everyone. You know plan ***** at 1 clock Monday and before I had a job a person wants me there 10 am Monday so I get a day or two behide because of weather . I go as I'm booked I explained that . I forget what day was clear. Because it rain mostly that week. I was frustrated. And I spoke with them everyday . And explain things and I couldn't tell you what was said I was running everywhere. But I showed up with my labor first day and ***** was present. I said start the cleaning and I have to be somewhere else .ok deal. Well problem My water hose is not on the truck to reach around the whole house. Ok that's fine I can bring on back just use the one he has and he agree to let us use his pressure washer. And do one side the house. Ok get call back ***** hose won't go on the pressure washer . I said it's so frustrating clear our minds and I'll just come back tomorrow. I apologize. Then I bring my hose back I bring my cleaner I'm ready to start and do job. Problem again ***** didn't get his part off water hose and I'm down to one . No problem I'll go around one side time. Another problem *****'s has a power pressure washer not gas plug in and it won't reach so far because cord ain't long enuff. While my labor spraying cleaner on the green mold and usen my small sprayer I try work and fix his hose and dealing with the plug in washer . ***** looks up and goes why don't you have equipment does the home owner have to provide everything. Already frustrated enuff. After we agreed he has a hose and power washer and not one that cant reach around and he has no water hose . He said well do the house later and put more sealer on the driveway. I said ***** you can't keep putting sealer on the driveway sir it will come up . I double coating it the cracks will be visible and all sealer does will glue it together and hold u up few years . I said I can't make something new again unless you pave it . I said we came out twice and you didn't have anything as agreed I tried your fussing at me you want more then I can give you I sprayed your driveway I clean one half off . I said here's $100 you take it we're done of the sealer washes off call me I'll replace that . Have good day . He agreed and put the hundred in his pocket and started cussing at me and screaming like a baby . Don't play the pitty game . There war world vets and elderly like I'm a crimal. I got my but up and drove there twice I work everyday for a liven my grandfather was a vet . I respect my elders. But things can't be done for free and gas ain't cheap . You get what you paid for . His a sane minded man. I wouldn't scam or take anyones money . Veterans Christians black white asian Chinese but you can't expect someone work and you want a free job and more then you want and expect throw someone in jail or under the bus . When I did my part the job was completed on the driveway. It's back as coal . And sealed tightly. And no company in the tri city's puts more then one coat of sealer . That's the imagination of trying get over on the working man. Act like I'm a bad person . I try with the house we both didnt have it straight and I return what was not done and didn't ask for anything else or not work for any more then we agreed. Pull the cameras . And thanks god bless
