Had a air handler installed last year. Within a week my a/c was struggling to keep up. Contacted Carlos and he immediately tried to blame it on my outside unit. Had to argue to get him to come back out and look at it. Ended up being a ******** valve on the air handler. They fixed it and apologized. 2 weeks ago I messaged them and asked if they could come take a look at my system because it was struggling to keep up again. I again was told it was my outside unit, vents and lines that where the problem. (Before they even looked at it) I was told to have someone else come out because they where to busy. Last week another company came out and found the same ******** valve leaking again. They fixed it and had to put 2lbs of freon in the system. I called Carlos and he told me to send him the invoice and he would pay for it. A few hours later he started acting crazy and called me a crack head freon sniffer, scam artist ect... they have yet to pay me back. I would stay far away from Carlos. The other guy that came out with him definitely was more knowledgeable and level headed.

Wonderful service... Very professional and experienced Reasonable and affordable deal. I will definitely recommend this company to friends and community Replaced my old system with high suffient and energy saving system. It works amazingly...truly satisfied ??
