I purchased an 'Elite Membership' to Defy trampoline park (*********, **) on or around Feb. 13, 2023 with the explanation that the cost of this would be essentially the same as a one day admission. At no time was I told that this would be a recurring monthly charge. As is typical application signed was voluminous and evasive. On discovering charges in March and then April I contacted **** to question the charges and ask for a refund having not been made aware at the outset that further charges would be incurred. At the same time I cancelled membership, actually within a window of the April charge to at a minimum have these charges reversed. With multiple phone calls to membership and emails there has been no definitive response other than "I will do my best to assist you".Customer response

Continued attempts at communicating with Defy have been fruitless with emails requesting resolution. These have gone unanswered.
Important to note is that with the initial February visit there was no verbal explanation of the expectations of elite Membership, specifically that there would be ongoing monthly charges. Deciphering a voluminous contract having waited in line for service, with others waiting for service, and three young children anxious to begin play was impossible for me and I am sure others who have had this same issue. For me this is only another sign of poor customer service akin to their failure to respond to me or BBB.
