My car was taken to Bumpus Body Shop North to be fixed after an accident on June 30, 2023. ********************** promised ********************* my car would be completed in August, however, my car was not completely fixed until the first week of October 2023. His paperwork shows September 1, 2023, however, no one called to tell me my car was ready, but it really wasn't. I paid about $2000 for a rental car. The first week in October I had to take my car back to get the tailpipe extensions installed and the back driver side of my bumper was buckling out and not secured. Also, the headlights on my car were showing erosion as if they were sprayed with some kind of chemical that caused my headlight cover to peel off. I spoke with Mr. ********************** and asked him what did his workers sprayed on my car headlights, I took my car to a mechanic and he said it looked like it was sprayed with acid that caused that to happen both in the same place and angle. Mr. ********************** said that his employees/workers washed my car... I (*****) asked why, my car was detailed by my Detailer before I took it to your shop and I have many pictures of my vehicle that showed my headlights were not damaged when it was transported to **********************... Also, I shared with him how his works put oil hand prints all over my sun visors, that I had to clean. I made a complaint to Progressive about the poor services. I would like my headlights to be paid for by ********************** to be repaired by another shop.Customer response
