Beachaven towing was the tow company that came out to get my mom's car after an accident. She went over there to have the vehicle released, with photo ID and offered to pay for all charges to expedite the handling. The business did not want to take money, and then refused to release the car to the other tow company for transport since the bill was not paid. His incompetence/ poor business practices caused additional storage fees to be applied. When my mom went over to talk to the owner, ******* and confront him about this issue, he became irate, foul mouthed, and called her a b*tch. I went over there later in the day to confront him and he was angry since I talked to him and wanted him to be accountable for his mistakes. He started yelling at me and did not care about anything, as he proceeded to call me crazy and refer to my mom as crazy. I will not accept this type of behavior, and his actions may even constitute fraud as he lied about not having any contact information for my mom. ****************** had a tow ticket on the car. *******, the owner is rude and only cares about being comfortable in his office and not bothered. He ought to reimburse the insurance company 2-3 days worth of storage and he ought to issue a formal apology to my mom and to me for his inexcusable behavior.Customer response
