      I need a refund with referral to a dentist that will complete unfinished treatment for the amount **** manager wants to refund the amount of $****** treatment is only half complete, no dentist that I have inquired about will finish treatment for that amount, I would call this abandonment, all because I have been canceled 6 times for dentist not here had to leave never called to say. Drove 60. Miles from my home.The office hangs phone up if you ask any questions like the dentist that was doing the treatment no longer works there. I asked who the new dentist was could not promote his name never seen or met, I asked how to spell his name and what nationally was he because of the name after that they dropped me with no referral to finish treatment I have major health issues.cannot eat have partial implants put in cannot wear denture not completed and need surgery to expose implants and fittings put on denture and implants. I just want a complete refund, or referral to dentist that will complete treatment for the amount **** says she will refund .maybe you can speak to her she refuses to speak to anyone about this matter, last time only. Time spoke to her she hangs up the phone and says I'm going to hang up don't like the questions I ask I have never raised my voice to her or anyone else in that office, I have all the dates that they canceled my appointments because dr. Out sick or his child what I was told.if any further questions please call.I do have detail information but I am allowed so many characters. Thank you in advance

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/04/22) */ In regards to ***.********** we have documentation showing her appointment was rescheduled three times for things out of my control including weather and the staff getting *****. When we tried to finish her treatment which is to uncover implants that she prepaid for and is $*** she wanted premedication which was never asked for for any other appointment. My doctor took a look at her medical history and he stated she did not need one for the small incision we would be making. When we called and told ***.********** that, she screamed at both of my front desk workers. When I tried to speak with her she insisted to know the nationality of the dentist and insult his call for not taking premedication. I told her that was not my decision to make and that if she wanted to be refunded the $*** to finish the rest of the work at another one of our offices (our prices are the same throughout the company) I would gladly transfer the funds. I thought this matter had been settled when I received a call from a manager at a different clinic for information on ***.**********. If she does not want to be seen at a sister office I will also gladly refund her for the abutments which is what is left on her treatment and she prepaid for. She received the extractions implants and the dentures so we will not refund for those. I have done everything in my power to make ***.********** happy but forcing my doctor to prescribe medications is not only illegal but not needed for what she was going to have done. Thank yoo.

      They ran my insurance to see what I was approved for. They told me I would be covered 100% to get a new denture. Come to find out they only checked to see what my allot was. Now they want a remaining balance of $400. I have tried getting in contact with them to see if I could return this denture (since I can't wear it anyhow cause has never fit right from day one) to see if I could get a cheaper denture. But they are not returning my call at all. I have contacted my insurance company and they are telling me to get in touch with them to see if they will make it right. I have been in touch with them several times and getting nothing resolved. All I'm wanting is to have them replace my denture with a cheaper one since the girl mislead me the day she talked me into getting the more expensive denture. If I had know they were only getting paid for the allotment, I would of gladly gone with the cheaper. As I stated I haven't been able to wear the denture since I have had it and when I go back in nothing gets resolved

      Business Response /* (1000, 11, 2022/04/22) */ Regarding Mrs. ******** we made her a denture in October of last year. When I sell treatment to patients I inform them it is an estimation of what your insurance will cover which is also written on the treatment plan I have attached to this response. When insurance does not pay it is the patients responsibility to pay for the difference. We are not requiring the full amount and are always willing to work with patients to make payments. We also tell the patients whenever they get a new denture that it is like getting a new pair of shoes they need to be broken in and all adjustments needing to be made we can do for them at no additional cost. Mrs. ******** has been a denture wearer for 40+ years and putting in a new denture is not going to feel like the one that's been worn for a long time. She never returned to the office for any adjustments and signed off on the denture she has which I also attached the consent form she signed. I would love to make her denture feel better and get her in for adjustments whenever she is wanting to schedule. Thank you. I DID go in for an adjustment and I think it was ****. It was shortly after I got the upper plate and he told me that the denture was fine. I tried explaining to him no it's not. I know how it felt in my mouth. Like I said I can't wear it at all. Also I spoke with the front desk and they agreed IF I would of owed any money it would of been owed that day, cause as I know from doing business from them in the past the do NOT bill, you pay everything up front. All I'm wanting is them to make this denture right even if it means getting a cheaper denture and bringing this one back that's sitting in my bathroom. Now they are threatening to turn me into collections. But I will continue to fight this until made right. Thank you for your time Business Response /* (4000, 15, 2022/04/28) */ I do not have any adjustments listed but patients are made aware they may need several adjustments in the first year. Unfortunately the denture has been processed with consents signed stating the patient is made aware if insurance does not cover it is ultimately the patients responsibility. The office will not send anything to collections if small payments are being made towards the balance. Most insurance claims take up to 60 days to process and considering we get dentures done quickly there is no way to know what they will cover. The day of delivery we require the patients estimated out of pocket to be paid but once the claim is processed we always work with the patient if insurance denies/does not cover what was to be expected. We made a premium denture and unfortunately cannot swap for a cheaper one because it is processed, however we are more than willing to work with the patient on payments and to get the denture feeling better for her.
