My daughters, twins, have had issues with this company. As of now, they are ignoring my calls to get down to the bottom of this situation. My oldest twin, her contract was messed up and we were charged for a lifetime retainer service that is not applicable to military service members that move out of state. This was not disclosed to me. Once I found out, I was released from that. My second daughter still has that in her contract and I have requested, multiple times, for it to be removed as I want her braces off, her retainer, and to never conduct business with this company again. I have been calling everyday, I have went up there, spoken to ******-whom stated I would get a call to resolve this situation by the end of last week. No call. I have called multiple times this week- no answer, nothing. I have posted a negative review about this business to warn other military members about their nefarious practices and now feel like they are going to continue to charge me unscrupulous fees due to retaliation. I will take this to JAG if need be.
