      Contact Travis Electrical for estimate - 8/16/21 - they came out that afternoon. Bryan said they would call back that afternoon with estimate. No call. Next day we called Jennifer. Said they were still working on estimate, but asked for payment for coming out of $139.00 (last time they did work for us charge was only $69.00 for estimate) Jennifer said Reagan would get us estimate soon. We called again 8/19, Reagan said she was still working on it and would get it to us. Finally we called again on 9/3, Reagan said estimate was sent and verified emails (they had correct email as we no problems getting invoice from 8/17 and even checked spam folders), said she would resend to both emails. Today is 9/8 and have yet to receive any estimate. Could not wait any longer. We have called another electric service and they charged $49.95 for estimate and are doing the work for us this afternoon. Very disappointed because our last dealings with Travis Electrical in 2019 were very good.

Additionally, I would like to apologize for the poor communication on my end. My team made sure to communicate your follow up, and even after speaking with you myself, I dropped the ball to re-send you your estimate. I do apologize for causing inconvenience to you, and for causing you to lose trust in our ability to serve you. This is on me, and I hope that we have the opportunity to make it up to you in the future. You should be receiving the refund check in the mail. I appreciate you giving us the opprotunity to make it right. In the future, should you ever allow us to be your electrician again, please know that we always provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee or your money back (such as in this case).
