      I BOUGHT A LOVESEAT ON 12/19/2020 AND PAID 1489.99. WE HAVE NO CHILDREN IN THE HOUSE,MY HUSBAND WEIGHS 170 LBS AND ME ABOUT THE SAME. THIS LOVESEAT HAS BROKEN DOWN ON ONE SIDE AND CAN HARDLY SIT ON IT. AT ROOMS FOR LESS TOLD ME THEY WOUD ORDER A PART AND COME TO MY HOME AND FIX IT AS GOOD AS NEW. THE PROBLEM WITH THIS THEY DIDN'T COME TO LOOK AT THE LOVESEAT TO SEE WHAT WAS BROKE SO THEY WOULD KNOW WHAT TO ORDER. I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW THEY KNOW WHAT PIECE TO ORDER UNLESS THEY HAVE HAD THIS PROBLEM IN THE PAST. ALL I WANT IS THEM TO COME PICK IT UP AND GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. IT HAS NOT EVEN BEEN A YEAR.THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR TAKING THE TIME TO READ THIS. I CAN SEND YOU A PICTURE AND YOU CAN SEE IT IS VERY VERY BROKE. CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME.       Business Response /* (1000, 10, 2021/11/29) */ ***Document Attached*** We have offered the customer to have this piece repaired in her home at no charge to her as it is still covered under the manufacturer warranty. We have also explained to the customer that all we can do is to order the parts that we feel may be the issue as the customer picked up the piece at our location and did not pay for delivery. There is a service charge for inspection of items after 90 days from purchase and also on items which we did not deliver. We have explained that when the repair company comes out to make the repair they will let us know if there are any additional parts required and we will make sure that the item is repaired to the manufacturers specifications. The customer has also been informed that for us to know exactly what is wrong she would need to bring this item to our warehouse for inspection or pay the fee for us to come inspect which she is not willing to do. We have tried to accommodate this customer, however she has done nothing but yell at our employees and demand a refund which is not an option almost one year after purchase. The manufacturer requires repair to be attempted prior to replacing for a like item. Customer agreed at the time of purchase that sales are final and no refunds are given.
