I really need to cancel my membership with them, I need the extra money to pay for my childrens food. I want to cancel today, not 30 days before the contract ends. I know they do this to everyone, its not right, its wrong. Just to have an extra 60 dollars a month from the individual, purposely keeping them stuck in a contract they havent used in 10 months. Its bu******Business response

************* signed a one year agreement. His term is complete on February 2, 2024. Please stop by the facility Monday - Friday from 9am - 8pm to submit your 30 day notice or the membership will renew on a month to month basis.Initial Complaint

At the beginning of our membership we took our child to their childcare. We signed all the proper documents stating our child could swim. Little did we know he would have to swim the full length of the huge pool "without stopping" while we were not in attendance. By the time he was 3/4 way through the pool he started to freak out. There was NO ADULT in the water at all in case of emergency. By the time the young girl who was working found us our son was hyperventilating and she notified us our son was saved by "the other kids in the water". Which is a extreme safety hazard whether or not the child can swim or not. We reported this situation to the front desk and attempted to cancel our membership the person there said sorry in the most uncaring voice and said "you are not aloud to cancel your membership". I want this business investigated for their childcare practices before someones child gets hurt and I want them to stop pulling money out of my account. I have reported to DHS also.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/08/26) */ Customer left a similar statement on ****** and we responded, but she has since taken the review down. Management did look into the situation. All youth members must perform a swim test if they are going to participate in swimming activities. When her son was performing a swim test, there was a staff member in the water and another staff member on the pool deck. When her child panicked during the swim test, there was a staff member there to help him and they contacted Mrs. ********* immediately. Mrs. ********* did speak with our office manager to request her membership be cancelled because our school-age program hours were no longer conducive to her schedule since she home-schools her children. The customer's desired resolution states she would like a billing adjustment. CAC did adjust her billing on August 3rd, changing her membership from a Family to an Individual. We were visited by**** today, coincidentally, and were praised on our Casual Care facilities that we provide our youth members. Please refer to the attachment from**** showing no violations were issued.
