****************** reached out to me initially in regards to insurance. Eventually we decided to do a contract for hire as his assistant for the company. I completed some documents for Dre per our emails and messages. *** has yet to make payment for my services and he also changed his phone number in the process after work was completed to avoid payment. This is one big online scam. I provided some of my personal information and I'm not sure what he will do with it. I want my money for the services completed. I will also like him to stop advertising as a person who is out to help the black community and that he has legitimate services to provide or offer. I will contact more than just BBB in this manner because this is a scam.

On Thursday July 28th my 76yr old mother booked this company to move her from her high rise. We made a down payment of ******* with her bank account. We had explained that there was a time frame and was told it was no problem. My mom received a conformation call the evening before. After some time waiting she tried many times to call the company and no one answered. When I called from a different number the dispatcher answered and told me the movers were on there the way. That he was going to call and see where they were and call me back, he never did. Several attempts of calling back I got hold of them and was told she was rescheduled for Saturday or Sunday. I explained that was not possible it had to be today and questioned why I was told they were on there way. The woman I spoke with had no reply. We had no choice but to rent a ***** and get the move done ourselves. When I contacted them about getting a refund they denied it and said it was her fault, she changed the move date. If you could please look into this I would appreciate it. I realize I'm most likely not getting my money back but if I can help stop them from taking advantage of people, especially seniors, I'd be grateful. Thank you.

On May 14, 2022, my items were picked up by *** Movers and Packers (formerly or aka All In US Moving Services, LLC). This company has addresses listed in both Lewisville, TX and Hendersonville, TN. At this time, I had paid in full - $1,900. I was told verbally that the delivery date would be May 26, 2022. On May 18, I reached out to check on the status and was told me would be "at least 2 weeks" before delivery. On May 27, I reached out again to check, to which ****** ******* (business owner) responded that the truck went down and was in the shop, again rescheduling delivery for the second week of June. NO exact dates were ever given. On June 6, I checked in (note, I have had to reach out to him EVERY time to see the status of the delivery) and he responded "After June 14." On June 14, I reached out again to confirm the date of delivery only to discover that he had blocked my number and his number (************) was out of service. I have since been unable to reach him or anyone at *** Movers and Packers or All In US Moving Services about the status of my delivery. To date the items still have not been delivered and are being held hostage by this company. Communication has been inconsistent at best and they are still in possession of my items, refusing to respond to my inquiries and I am not unable to reach anyone via phone or email.

Consumer Response /* (131, 9, 2022/06/27) */ I have NOT heard from the company. I am DEEPLY UNSATISFIED with their efforts to resolve this issue. I have gotten NO information as to the location of my items or the date of arrival. Phone calls go unanswered, emails go unresponded to.

This business is led by Andre L******. He is a total cheat! I contacted ***** for an out of state move from ** to ** and asked for a quote from him. He gave a quote which was hard to beat by any competitor by a wide margin. He asked me to pay $*** as an advance for the move and the rest of the amount split between the time when the stuff is loaded in the truck and when the stuff is received in ** location. I negotiated with him to pay only $*** at the time and asked to pay the rest in equal installments in 2 parts which turned out to be the best decision. I contacted him 1 day before the day of the move and he said he is all set to arrive but he never showed up. He messaged me saying the truck broke down and he is not able to get a replacement truck that day. Since he was not able to provide a definitive date or time when he can get one, I decided I don't want to go forward with him and asked him to give my $*** back. He told me he would do it. I had to move out of my apartment since my lease was ending and I ended up staying in the hotel till I can get another mover. I had to spend almost more than $***0 because of a mistake he committed but did not even mention about it to him. All I asked from him was to return my $*** which he took for reserving the move date and which he was not able to deliver. He sent me number of texts explaining why he is not able to transfer the money because his bank has put a hold on his transfers. I told him various ways he can still transfer the money but he did not respond to those texts. Now he is not responding to any of my texts and have simply vanished in thin air. This is absolute cheating and I wanted to make people aware of such cheats.

I recently moved from Washington state back to my home state of Maryland. I hired All In Is moving services to transport my household items cross-country. I signed a contract with the owner Mr. Andre ******* and paid a deposit to reserve a pickup date. On December 6th a driver showed up loaded the truck with my items and started the trip to MD. As soon as the driver left Mr. ******* texted me saying I needed to pay the balance in full or he would hold my items hostage at a facility in Dallas. Previously we had agreed on half payment at pickup and the rest at delivery so he went back on his word and threatened me for payment. On December 10th I got a call from the driver saying that the company had stopped paying him for gas/hotels and that he couldn't continue the trip without payment or it would be out of his own pocket and he abandoned the truck full of my items in Wyoming. I contacted Mr. ******* immediately and he said he would send a new driver to WY the next day to get the job finished. A week went by with excuse after excuse and no driver being sent. It's now been almost two weeks with no response from the company after numerous calls and messages left and my items are still currently sitting in WY and Mr. ******* has stolen $2100 from me. I've asked multiple times for my money back so I can hire someone else to complete the job and he has gone radio silent. No one ever needs to experience something like this ever in their lifetime. My entire livelihood is on that truck and I can't get it back without forking out another couple thousand dollars. I hope by posting this people will not use their services ever in the future.
