On 12/22/21, King's Playsets delivered a swingset which we had bought a couple of years prior from them to our new home. When the driver was on site, he was told that he was allowed to maneuver however he needed to within my 5 acre property to ensure proper placement and exit with his truck and trailer. Shortly after they left, my neighbor was knocking at my front door asking who had just left with a trailer because they had driven on her front lawn, crushed her water meter and drove off. This caused hundreds of gallons of water to flood her front lawn and along the roadway. We promptly called the Water Department and Kings Playsets to let them know what had happened. Wesley from Kings said to let him know what the water company says. The truck had gone approximately 10 ft onto her front lawn, crushed the in-ground water meter box and tire came down onto the water meter breaking the residential feedside from the meter. This then required the Water Dept to turn off the water to my elderly neighbors home until a plumber could come and resolve the issue. The plumber came to the home and resolved the issue for $450. I then called Wesley back and informed him of the damage caused and cost of repair. At that time Wesley became angry and condescending. He began making random excuses as to why the driver needed to drive on her lawn, none of which had to do with why they had hit and run my neighbor meter. He stated that "It was not their fault, it was because of my driveway" that they had to drive on the grass to get out. I informed him that, they were able to get in the driveway without issue and there were alternate ways to exit my property as I informed the driver. Either way, it is a drivers responsibility. Wesley asked me to send him a copy of the bill and supporting photos which I did immediately. I have since attempted to call Kings Playsets (leaving messages) and emailing Wesley multiple times and have not recieved a call back or email response.
