    This company was sent out by my home warranty company, ********************. They diagnosed my kitchen sink drainage issue as a grease clog- mind you he didn't try to snake it (claiming he didn't have a long enough snake), and just came into my house and looked at it without touching it. This caused my insurance claim to be denied because grease isn't covered. I had been dealing with this for a week- this was the second technician that was sent out by this company. I called my own plumbing company- I used ***********. Not only did All Access Plumbing mis-diagnose the issue, it ended up being hair, which was a coverable issue, which would have meant that my claim would have been accepted and they would have paid for this entire situation. Additionally, the *********** plumber let me know that their was no way All Access Plumbing could have known it was a grease issue without actually pulling out grease, and since All Access Plumbing didn't go into my pipes , their would have been no way of knowing that. All Access Plumbing told me that they may have to jack hammer the foundation of my house to fix the problem, which was obviously traumatic and sent our family into a panic. It's so scary to have a company in your home that is untrustworthy, negligent, and lazy. *********** said it was a common, minor issue and the problem was resolved in 10-20 minutes and he only used 10 feet of snake to do it. All of my kitchen plumbing works perfectly now, no thanks to All Access Plumbing. I am posting this review because I hope no other family has to go through what I went through this week. If you do have a home warranty, I would make sure this company is blacklisted. If you are choosing to use All Access Plumbing on your own accord, I would strongly recommend searching elsewhere. Everyone deserves to have an honest interaction with trustworthy people and that was not my experience with All Access Plumbing.

    All access Plumbing was the second plumbing company sent out to this property for the same issue. I have the original pictures we took when we were at the home and all you see is a grease slick coming out of the drains and nothing else. Yes the customer was unhappy that we could not unclog her sink, but we don't control what the home warranty decides as what is covered and what is not. Please send the link so we may also attach the pictures we took. Also, this customer has been put on a do not service list in our records and also stated to the home warranty that we will never service this property or this customer again. She has already submitted a claim with her home warranty, and if they felt what our service diagnosed was unwarranted, they would have sent yet another plumber.

    PostScript, we have been in business since 2010, and in all those years we have only had four complaints, this customer being one of them. If this customer has any other issues and needs to vent have her contact her home warranty company or upgrade her plan.

    Also, please note that this customer paid no monies to our company at all. She needs to express her concerns to her home warranty as they are the ones that sent us out to her residence.
