We moved from California on 6/30/22, we rented our unit at the ***************** Clarksville TN and communicated with ****** the Manager along the way. We showed up and had issues renting the unit and had to use the kiosk to complete our rental, we were provided a code and unit number. Could not access the unit with the code so ****** gave us her code. Upon our renewal on 8/1 noticed our card was not charged so we went to the facility on Terminal rd. Kiosk was out of order and it directed us to the Trenton road facility which is where they are handling all business transactions. I called the call center 5 times now, they cannot find our account, cannot pay online and do not have a valid access code. I went to the Trenton Road facility said they were open until 3pm on a Saturday, no one was there. Never received any calls so went into the Trenton road facility on Monday 8/8. ****** was on a ******** call, I advised the manager ****** I was a little unhappy and explained everything to her. She proceeded to tell me I was among many including herself. She said she would make a note about the late charge and then she had me sign another contract and asked for me to email liability insurance. I did so and asked for her to confirm receipt, nothing. Went to the facility today, she was in the back and I explained she never responded to the insurance provided, we still cannot create an account online, cannot be found in the main system, don't have an access code and that I was not sure this was the facility for us. She said maybe isn't and proceeded to harass me stating stating she has never had anyone speak to her the way I had and that her husband was an officer in the military, she and her husband were tired of us Californians coming to TN and they are thinking about moving now. I told her that since we had arrived not had anyone treat us this way till now and turned around and walked out. I again called main call center to ask for d. manager to call me,Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 11, 2022/09/12) */ My name is **** ***** and I am the District Manager for this location. I spoke to ******** ******** a few weeks ago and listened to her experience and I apologized that she had to go through that. I was able to get her a proper gate code to the facility that she validated worked through a text message to me. I also gave her a free months rent because of all the trouble she had with our now ex employee. She informed me that she had made the complaint to the BBB and I asked her if there was anything else that I can do and she said not at this time. I believe we have taken the appropriate actions so that this doesn't happen again.
