On September 21, 2022, we received an email that *********** Self Storage was purchased by Top Storage TTR Property LLC on September 20, 2022, and this was a letter to inform us that they had us sign a digital rental agreement which we did in September with the price of $115. Last night we went online to make our monthly payment and it jumped from $115 to $170!?! I was shocked. So we contacted the office after being on hold for 20 minutes. She told us an email was sent but we didn't get any email so she sent it to us today. I asked for a manager or owner and was told they will send a text. This is poor business practice with no good notice. We love the facility because of the location of my home and the price was affordable to me. I should have until the end of the year for such a drastic price increase. Because now I need to change storage. The price nearly doubled. I paid the $170 fearing if I didn't they would lock my storage because it showed due by October 27, 2022, when I had paid on October 1, 2022, $115. I heard nightmare stories they will auction off your belongings in storage. The contract we signed in September 2022 showed $115 and not $170.Business response

We no longer own the property. We do not have a relationship with the new owners or any business interest in the property.
