I was searching for business forms online, and found 5forms site with a misleading picture of the product I needed, so I purchased it along with other items. The other items came, then the forms came separate, but they weren't the ones shown on 5forms site. I tried calling and leaving a message, but an answering machine came on said their business server is currently down. So, I tried emailing the company as well and I received an email saying the email is unavailable to deliver.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/09/30) */ The original order was placed on 09/02 and the customer sent us a message yesterday 09/29 at 5:02pm letting us know he received the wrong product. We have a 100% guarantee and we immediately issued a replacement at no charge. The customer ordered 575 but received 572 which is an error that happened at the plant where someone misread the order and pulled the wrong stock. We have been in business many years and have always stood firmly with our customers to make any situation right as soon as they let us know there is an issue. We have been in the process of doing routine updates to our security to ensure our customer and business safety which is why if the customer called he may have received a system down notification. Fortunately he made use of the messaging capability on our website so we were able to correct the problem first thing this morning. If our customers ever have any problem with any order we will always make it right.
