      We purchased a chair in August for my MIL, who was in the hospital with Covid! She didn’t get to use chair until December, chair has been torn up since she returned home from hospital in December. Store keeps giving us run around and will not replace or give loaner until her’s can be fixed! WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN from this terrible company.

      Complete lack of integrity in my book. Bought a lift chair for my husband who had a stroke, the chair was malfunctioning two days after we received it . I called they sent repair man, Replaced motor, this happened twice. Long story short, chair was broke when I purchased it. I asked for a new chair they refused, At this writing, we have no chair, which my husband needs, it has been weeks. They sent it out to be repaired!!!!!! Again. I will never buy anything from this store again. If you cannot back what you sell, you have no business being in business. This appears to be a very greedy business!

      Delivered chair back to customer on 1-14-22. Received chair back from factory being repaired on 1-13-22. Issue should be resolved.

      I think this company likes to tell you things to help their situation out of being able to run a business to benefit themselves...I have been told all kinds of alibis to keep me believing they have my sofa coming in anytime..but in reality they know it will take a whole lot longer than they originally said...when all they had to do is send the one on the floor ..just trying to keep a customer would make sense to me..

      Yes they have gone and made good the sale in which I m happy with and it's even better then the original..I have regained my trust in the business......this case is closed has far has I'm concerned...

      Made a purchase on 6/9/2021 and furniture was delivered the following week. The delivery guys did not use moving blankets till after they gashed my hardwood floor. About 1/2 deep and 6in long. After the furniture was in the house the sectional was 2 different colors. So made them take it back. They could not get flooring company to come quote a fix so they got a handyman come out to quote. 250 to "fix" the floor. The handyman service was going to fill with poly. So not truly fixing the floor. I had a true flooring company come out and say the only way to fix it was to replace the 2 board and refinish the floor. Scott's refused to fix my floor properly. Scott's said they would either have handyman come back and fill in with poly or give me the 250 they were going to pay to "fix" it. On 9/15/2021 just received the check for 250 and a refund for the furniture we never got. Never shop here!

      In regards to the situation involving the damaged floor of Mr. and Mrs. ******, we went through every avenue to rectify the situation. We hired a company based out of Chattanooga to assess and repair the damage done. Mr. and Mrs. ****** refused the service, as they did not find the quoted outcome acceptable. They advised us that they would reach out to a company owned by someone they know to get a quote for what they would find acceptable. The quote I received from them was for $3,420.88. This quote for the magnitude of the damage is outrageous. I advised Mr. and Mrs. ****** that we found the quote unacceptable. The amount for repair theorized by the company we hired was between $150.00 and $250.00 to which we offered the full amount of $250.00 and also gave them the option to resend the recently refused company back to make the repair.

      In regards to the sectional Mr. and Mrs. ****** refused, we offered them the ability to reselect at full credit or a full refund. They came in several times and could not find anything that was an acceptable substitute for what they originally selected. At the end of our situation when they accepted the $250.00, we also refunded them for the sectional in full. We opened all avenues to rectify the situation.
