February 22 2024 I bought a car off of cs autos they said the only thing wrong with it was the windshield wipers didn't really work good and the windows didn't roll down they said that was it I test drove it it had a pool to it but we looked and we could fix that we got home and noticed they was oil and the water reservoir so it was your have a blown head then we turned on the windshield wipers one down the road in the whole car died we almost got hit by other vehicles with a baby in the car we called CS auto back and ask for our money or to fix the car they said no then they gave me the owner's number I kept calling for 3 days and no one answered me and two I put a review up about the car then he calls me back and says he'll give me $200 to take the review down and come a sign of paper and I won't pay a review of he lied and said he didn't say that and the county clerk office heard him say that over the phone when they was talking to us and they're still lying they were asked if they was going to read turn the car they lied and said no we try to return the car they won't take it back and they're lying about a lot of stuff and they've done this to multiple people something needs to be done with them we are in the middle of a court date next month of suing them and now they're turning around trying to sue us and they lie to court and so they didn't say they wouldn't take the car back and they did too I have documents proven that we ask for our money back I have people that heard me and we've had family members that went down there to talk to them and they told him to leave they knew they was other things wrong with it and I also asked him how the car ever been wrecked and ***** ****** said it had never been wrecked ***** is the one going to the court he's never even seen us this is the first time he's ever seen us he doesn't want to give her money back he didn't want to fix the car he blocked us on Facebook and he lied on Google about the car as he's done to others
