After grimacingly suffering through 3 failed root canal appointment attempts, I was finally able to visit the office on March 3rd, 2024 @8:00. I was finally able to see *************** at the Max dental center. She began by numbing the area, but rushed into my mouth without injecting enough Articaine. I began to feel pain as she drilled. This went on 2 more times. Finally it was numb enough for me not to feel anything. I was confident that the root canal would be complete soon, as it started to feel identical to the root canals I've had in the past. Then we came to a stand still. She stopped and told me that my roots were longer than normal and her tools could not reach the desired location. I was devastated. This process was not comfortable and to think I would need to sit through this terrible experience again due to inadequate preparation was puzzling to me. She referred me to a local endodontist. I called them to not only hear that they could not get me today, but I would need to schedule a consultation first. All while by mouth would still be in constant pain. I normally never complain about anything. But this worst experience of my life. I took off work also. I talked to the secretary and she says this happens often, because their office doesn't specialize in this. Well, is no one smart enough to stop doing this horrible act to paying customers?????Business response
