I visited this park on 5/21/22 and was offered to take a monthly membership for the park. I paid close to $30 for the one visit / monthly membership. Before signing up for the monthly membership, I talked to the park manager and asked if I can cancel this membership anytime and i was told that I can cancel anytime I want. I double checked and he confirmed that I can cancel whenever I want by calling the customer service. Based on that information, I signed up for the membership. However, the day I visited the park i was not satisfied with the visit as there were many things not available and the level of service I received. After that one visit, I did not visit the park again. I called customer service to cancel my membership and they simply refused by saying its a 12-month contract. I do not remember signing any contract and neither I got any email from them about this term. I spoke to the manager and was not helped. I am very disappointed as this seems to be a totally unethical practice of forcing customers to sign up for 12 month membership by telling them that they can cancel anytime. The terms even if present were not clear enough or clearly highlighted during signing up, thus anyone can miss it easily. Even the receipt email that I got did not mention any such term. I am highly disappointed that businesses are using unethical practices to make money from innocent customers by not being explicit or clear in the terms and not letting customers cancel the membership if unsatisfied with the service and by giving wrong information. I hope BBB can help me resolve this issue to my satisfaction and get me my money back or prevent further financial loss to me.Initial Complaint

Booked a part 11/13/21. Paid for top of line party and to get greeted by party host with cart. No party host on time or cart. They called party host 3 to 4 times before coming. We had to carry our own food. Rude security kicked my kids out of private dodgeball we paid for in package. Bowling attraction we paid for wasnt working at first to be told later it's fixed but full. Security guard kicked kids out twice. Not one balloon in room. I was told I could order extra pizza but day of told no. I asked do I get a gift bag. Cheap dollar tree gift bag with a 2x shirt for a 13 yr old small kid. We paid for 5 extra kids. They tried to a commodate for downgrading their price. The whole party should have been down graded. Nothing but teens there. Not too many adults. Host dropped wrapped fork on floor and tossed it with rest. We had to ask for water. They sent some water down. They sent another girl to help. I was told corporate overbooked them and they book too. Not my problem. For over 500.00 we didnt get half what was promised. Online invitations didnt work. Atleast I couldn't get them too. Nothing explained about if we needed extra food. It was horrible.
