    The owner is a racist and treated me with disrespect concerning mechanical issues that I am currently having with my *** 2013 car. I have had to return my car on 3 different occasions to get double charged and accused Of still owing him money.On today I was again asking him to place my car on diagnostics to see why my car was still missing and he started acting weird and yelled to the staff to call the police and said I was trying to fight him!! This guy is crazy and scared me to death when he started yelling to call the police.He knows how police have treated blacks especially with accusing them of being violent. He is a racist, disrespectful, and does not stand behind his overcharged prices. He even followed me outside yelling he was going to send me some papers.After he lied about me trying to fight him!My car is still having the same mechanical problems that he knows was not repaired correctly from the very first visit.

    All of the claims made by the disgruntled customer, *********************, are slanderous and offensive. Dr. ********************** LLC provides every customer with respect and dignity, regardless of race, gender or age. The facts stand as follows:1) ********************* still owes money for services provided to her by Dr. ********************** LLC . ********************* was issued a check provided to her by her auto-warranty to cover her repairs, and she currently has not made any payment towards her remaining balance despite the customer receiving the check months ****** Dr. ********************** LLC stands by the services rendered to the 2013 *** owned by *********************. The issues she was experiencing could not have been properly diagnosed in any other way.3) ********************* made derogatory remarks to our staff during her third visit to Dr. ********************** LLC. Many attempts were made to console and accommodate *********************, however, she only grew more aggressive- yelling offensive comments within our lobby, using offensive language, making verbal threats, and creating a massive disturbance for our other customers. All of which was caught on our security cameras.4) The safety of our staff and customers started to become a concern. ********************* was asked to leave the property, and only after ************************* refusal to cooperate was police intervention considered.5) Immediately after vacating the property, ********************* is seen, on camera, driving back and forth in front of Dr. ********************** LLC for approximately 30 minutes for unknown reasons.Dr. ********************** LLC believes that customer feedback is a crucial element to maintaining industry-leading service. While we respect ********************* and her opinions, it would be unethical if we didn't inform the public of the facts.Once again, the associates of Dr. ********************** LLC provide every customer with respect and dignity, regardless of race, gender or age. Our commitment to excellent, trustworthy service is unwavering, and we invite anyone to experience this for themselves. Thank you.
