      This guy is a real piece of work. We had a major project that we hired him to do. He outsources some of his work. The other work that is done in-house is some of the worst I have seen. His guys break for 40 min. and work for 20. No pride in their work whatsoever. They left their trash all over my front and backyard, found empty bottles and cans in trees they planted. They put up a retaining wall that has started coming apart in 5 months time. He will not answer calls from either my wife or myself since he got paid. The flowerbeds they installed have weeds and grass growing out already. They ruined our fence. Concrete they poured has weeds growing through the joints. And a section of concrete has cracked, they did attempt to seal it with some type of special compound. He promised us professional work and a beautiful finished product, but failed on all parts. He only showed up to the house twice at my request because I was not happy with the work his workers had done. And one time when he did he brought his dog who ended up ******** right next to my pool. Didnt even attempt to clean it up or say anything about it. Only noticed it after my little girls smelled it. STAY AWAY FROM HIS COMPANY, I wouldnt use him to cut my yard at this point.

      *******************, the owner and operator of Mid South Curb Appeal, created a landscape and lighting design for the front of my house. He sent workers who planted the wrong plants, did not follow the planting design, and put electrical wiring into the damp soil with out protecting the spliced ends of the wiring. ******************* provided no direct oversight to this project, despite his assurances that he would do so. The lighting shorted out and stopped working, but ************** refused to correct the improper electrical work because he stated that he was too busy and he could not find good help. I am disappointed and disillusioned with *******************. He promised me beautiful landscaping and lighting that would last at least two years before requiring new lightbulbs. He failed to abide by our agreement.

      ********************, Im a sorry to hear your experience was less than expected. I disagree with evaluation of your service, but also recognize that mistakes happen. We returned to your property a total of 4 times to address said issues. Twice we came out and your home health nurse decided to give us directions that were in direct contrast with our discussions. The warranty on the fixtures is 2 years and the bulbs is three months. We used the transformer you already had in place to save you money and then after a big storm you told me it wasnt working. We came out again to reset the transformer to working conditions. If there was a wire nut that came off a connection that ***************** fix and I have it in my records where you mentioned nothing of that matter. We installed the correct plants and even special ordered some plants that werent easy to find. Given your work schedule you were not available much to see progress but we waited until after dark so we could present the lighting to you. I have the pictures to post if youd really like to continue to insult me, my business and my workers who tried to go above and beyond for you. I am disappointed in your review of us, but still willing to address any issues that are supposedly remaining. Please touch base with me on any outstanding issue. Its been almost 6mos- 1 year since weve been there. Its only now that you submit a review on 8/29/22? That seems really unfair.
